Judy, a multi-million producer, is President and Co-Broker of Kear Realty, Inc. She holds an Associate Degree in Real Estate and has been licensed as a REALTOR® since 1986. Judy obtained the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) in 1999 and The Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES) in 2001. She is the recipient of numerous sales achievement awards from Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS®, and the Ohio Association of REALTORS®.
