DON G. KEAR, FOUNDER

Mr. Kear was a graduate of Miami University with a degree in business administration. He served with the U.S. Army's famed "Americal Division" in the South Pacific before entering the real estate field in 1950. As founder of the company, he established and maintained a high standard of excellence that greatly benefited clients   and customers and attracted the most successful REALTORS® to the Kear firm.  He served as a President of the Ross County Board of REALTORS® and was active in many professional and civic organizations. Mr. Kear's memory and legacy will live on through the REALTORS® of Kear Realty, Inc. for many years to come.
