CHARLENE RAPP

A graduate of Waverly High School, Charlene has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Shawnee State University. She is married to Doug Rapp and is the mother of Lynn, a student at Shawnee State University, and Jennifer, a student at Ohio University Chillicothe.
